A XIII-a Conferinţă Internaţională “Calitate şi Siguranţă în Funcţionare” – CCF 2012

  • Cea de a 13-a ediţie a celei mai importante reuniuni ştiinţifice în domeniu ce se desfăşoară în România, Conferinţa Internaţională “Calitate şi Siguranţă în Funcţionare” – CCF 2012, va fi organizată – conform periodicităţii deja stabilite – în perioada 5 – 7 septembrie 2012 în pitorescul cadru oferit de perla litoralului românesc, staţiunea Neptun.
  • Conferinţa Internaţională “Calitate şi Siguranţă în Funcţionare” – CCF 2012 este organizată de către Asociaţia Societatea Română pentru Asigurarea Calităţii în cooperare cu mai multe organizaţii naţionale (intre care si EUROQUALROM – ETTI – Universitatea „Politehnica” din Bucureşti) şi internaţionale în domeniu şi se va desfăşura sub egida ştiinţifică a prestigiosului Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE, ceea ce este în măsură să crească importanţa evenimentului şi să-i accentueze deschiderea internaţională.
  • Potenţialii autori trebuie să aibă în vedere la elaborarea lucrărilor că în cadrul CCF 2012 pot fi abordate toate laturile: inginerească, socio-tehnică, managerială, economică, juridică ş.a. şi implicaţiile calităţii şi siguranţei în funcţionare (fiabilitate, mentenabilitate, disponibilitate, securitate ş.a.). În consecinţă, diferitele puncte de vedere, inclusiv cele polemice, privind ingineria, managementul şi certificarea calităţii şi a siguranţei în funcţionare sunt binevenite în cadrul CCF 2012, organizatorii având în vedere organizarea mai multor dezbateri şi “mese rotunde” asupra unor aspecte controversate ale acestui domeniu interdisciplinar de mare actualitate.
  • Tematica orientativă a conferinţei – prezentată alăturat – doreşte să reflecte progresele, oportunităţile, dar şi problemele şi provocările în domeniul calităţii pentru societatea şi economia românească la acest debut de mileniu, in condiţiile particulare ale crizei economice mondiale: cum poate contribui calitatea – ca principal factor al competitivităţii – la ieşirea din criză, salvgardarea si rolul sistemelor de management dintr-o companie în condiţii de criză etc. Prin caracterul ei internaţional, şi în consecinţă, prin participarea unor specialişti cunoscuţi în domeniu (în principal din ţări ale Uniunii Europene), CCF 2012 poate constitui un veritabil benchmarking şi “moment al adevărului” pentru organizaţiile şi specialiştii români: unde ne situăm – în raport cu celelalte ţări ale Uniunii Europene – din punct de vedere al cercetărilor, educaţiei, managementului şi legislaţiei în domeniul calităţii şi a siguranţei în funcţionare şi ce avem de făcut în această direcţie.

THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON QUALITY AND DEPENDABILITY CCF 2012

The beginning of September 2012 brings for your attention a prestigious international event which does not have to miss from the agenda of every Romanian manager or specialist. Now at the 13th edition, this scientific reunion will take place at Neptun, one of the most elegant and luxurious Romanian sea resorts, placed in an area of relatively rich vegetation, the forest Comorova, at the Black Sea.

The event will take place – according to the usual periodicity- between the 5th and the 7th of September 2012 at Doina Complex, and will be organized by The Romanian Society for Quality Assurance, in cooperation with several national and international organizations in the field. The approached themes bring to your attention information, trends, ideas and concepts essential for the functional market economy.

The potential authors should consider, when elaborating the papers, that within CCF 2012 all sides will be approached: engineering, social-technical, managerial, economic, legal, etc. and the implications of quality and dependability (reliability, maintainability, safety, etc.). Consequently, various views, including the polemic ones, concerning the engineering, management and certification, dependability, etc. are welcome at CCF 2012. The organizers plan several debates and ‘round tables’ on controversial aspects of this inter-disciplinary field.

The conference’s orienting topics, presented hereafter, are aimed at reflecting both the evolutions, opportunities and the problems and challenges in the field of quality for the Romanian society and economy at this beginning of the millennium, under particular conditions of the global crisis: how can the quality, as a main factor of competitiveness, rescue and safeguard, and the role of a management system for a company in crisis conditions etc. Through its international character and, therefore, through the participation of well-known professionals in the field (mainly from EU countries), CCF 2012 may be considered as a real benchmark and ‘moment of truth’ for Romanian organizations and professionals: where we are in comparison to other European countries in terms of research, education, management and legislation in the field of quality and dependability and what are the trends.
