Test Team Leader, SOFTWIN S.R.L., Feb. 2002 – Feb. 2004

  • Coordinated a team of 6 software testing specialists
  • Improved the testing process using 2 evaluation tools (TPI and STIR)
  • Introduced and maintained some metrics for testing process but also for testing engineers
  • Introduced and maintained nonconformity costs for testing process
  • Internal auditor, responsible of auditors team (ISO 9001:2000)
  • Member in the SEPG – QA team (CMM)

    – a prisoner management application – web desktop application
    – a Virtual Legislative Library project – a client-server application, web based application
    – a partnership with Microsoft where Softwin developed 2 public electronic services that are enabled and delivered by the government gateway (provided by Microsoft) – web based application
    – a portal containing forms of the public administration for the relation with clients and business framework

    – a Virtual Library project containing children literature books – client-server application, web based application
    – a project for auditing the security of the computer systems and communication networks
